Carter International Training and Development Company, Inc. was founded and is solely owned by R. Douglas Carter.  Mr. Carter has been involved in training and development since 1968.  Since 1988 the company has gone through a consistent and steady process of developing and testing practical and “down to earth” skills and the training methods that are necessary to train others to develop those skills.

We help you to clearly establish your desired outcome.  We assist you to recognize what unique behaviors are involved in getting your desired results.  We can even help you to discover and diminish any underlying fears and beliefs that are keeping your people from accomplishing what they need to accomplish.  We then design the specific steps to move your people from where they are to where they need to be.  If needed we’ll create the necessary modules and materials.  We can then either deliver the program for you, or train your in-house instructional staff to deliver the program. The goal is to have everything we do specific, measurable, and realistic. We teach skills that allow people to alter who they are being; cynics demonstrate more compassion, high achievers become more helpful, and the unmotivated either wake up or they get out.
